    1. Preparation Pat dry the beef with a paper towel to remove excess blood . Separate the beef slices individually to prevent them from clumping together . Pre-marinate the beef by mixing it with 2 tbsp of anchovy sauce and 2 tbsp of brown rice vinegar to tenderize the meat and add flavor . Cut the onion and green onion into thick slices . Remove the bottom of the enoki mushrooms and tear them apart by hand . Shred the carrot using a grater . Peel and core the pear, then blend it with 100ml of water to create a fresh pear juice base .

    2. Making Sauce Pour the blended pear juice into a mixing bowl . Add soy sauce, mirin, dark brown sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to the pear juice . Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the sugar dissolves .

    3. Marinating and Stir-frying Add the prepared vegetables (onion, green onion, enoki mushrooms, carrot) to the pre-marinated beef . Pour the seasoning sauce over the meat and vegetables and mix well by hand . Allow the beef to marinate in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes . Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated bulgogi for about 5 to 7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly .
