    2. Stir-frying the Ham Put 500g of mixed ham into a pan and stir-fry it first . Stir-frying the ham before adding the broth creates a much deeper, richer flavor as the savory fats are released . Stir-fry until the ham develops a light golden-brown color .

    3. Assembly and Seasoning Push the ham to one side of the pan and arrange the onion, tofu, green onion, and kimchi in the remaining space . Pour 500ml of beef bone broth into the pan . Add all seasoning ingredients: 1 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp gochugaru, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp tuna extract, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 2 pinches of black pepper .

    4. Cooking and Finishing Simmer the stew over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes to let the ham flavor infuse into the broth . Once the broth is rich and slightly thickened, the stew is ready . For extra flavor, you can add ramen noodles or cheese at the end .
