1. Ingredient Preparation Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well . Open the instant rice packaging completely and microwave it for 2 minutes without a lid to ensure a chewy texture . Finely chop the carrot and green onion .

2. Sautéing Toppings Heat a pan on high heat with 2 spoons of cooking oil and pour in the whisked eggs . Add a pinch of salt to the eggs . Before the eggs are fully cooked, add the prepared shrimp, carrots, and green onions, then sauté until the shrimp is cooked through .

3. Stir-frying with Rice For professional plating, transfer about half of the sautéed shrimp and egg toppings into the empty instant rice container . Add the microwaved rice to the pan with the remaining toppings and stir-fry on high heat . Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and continue stir-frying until the rice is well-coated and separated .

4. Finishing and Plating Pack the finished fried rice tightly into the rice container on top of the reserved toppings . Place a serving plate over the container and flip it to create a neat, dome-shaped presentation with shrimp on top .
