How to Make Spicy Cabbage Rice Cakes

    Cut the rice cakes into thirds and boil them in water until soft.

    Rinse the boiled rice cakes in cold water and set aside.

    Wash and cut the cabbage into thin strips.

    In a pan, add 1/2 cup of water and the boiled rice cakes.

    Add soy sauce, gochujang, red chili powder, sugar, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper.

    Stir-fry everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the rice cakes.

    Turn off the heat and add the chopped cabbage. Mix well so the cabbage stays crunchy.

    Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
