    1. Preparation Cut the pork belly (or front leg meat) into bite-sized pieces . Slice the onion, green onion, carrot, and Cheongyang chili pepper . In a bowl, mix red pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, oyster sauce, and starch syrup to create the stir-fry sauce .

    2. Stir-frying Place the pork belly in a preheated pan and grill over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides . Once cooked, move the meat to the edges of the pan and pour the sauce into the center to fry it briefly for extra flavor . Add the carrot, onion, and chili to the sauce, stir-fry them, and then mix everything together with the meat . Add the green onions and stir-fry for one final minute .

    3. Finishing Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix well . Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top to finish the dish .
