In a bowl, combine red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and gochujang . Add black pepper, oyster sauce, minced garlic, kimchi juice, soda, and sesame oil, then stir until well combined .

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the Kalguksu noodles . Cook for 4 minutes, then rinse in cold water and transfer to a serving bowl .

Pour the prepared all-purpose sauce over the noodles . Top with chopped aged kimchi, sautéed zucchini, seaweed flakes, and toasted sesame seeds .
